Merchandising & Display Workshop (Training)
Enterprise Fredericton would like to invite you to attend a special training session on Merchandising & Display facilitated by Kelly Deagle of The Retail Connection. This workshop will give retail owners and operators a context and industry standard to objectively look at their retail environment and store image. Participants will better understand how they can impact the profitability of their business through effective Visual Presentation while creating a strong image in the marketplace.

Workshop: 9:00 am – 3:00 pm
Cost: $55 (including HST and Lunch)
This interactive workshop will teach you:
- Simple steps to effective Merchandising
- Effective floor plans and fixture placement
- Product placement and management of “turns”
- Tools and resources to execute Visual Presentation Standards
Participants are asked to bring the following:
- A floor plan of their space
- Pictures of their space and current merchandise set up
- A list of departments carried in their store and % contribution to total store sales for each department or category
