Tim has 25 years experience in Human Resources including organizational development, training, recruitment, compensation, labour relations, HRIS, and health and productivity management. Tim has won 2 national awards - NIDMAR (National Institute of Disability Management) (2002) and more recently the Who’s Who in Healthcare Award (2004), and has spoken at international conferences on Emotional Intelligence (Toronto), Health and Productivity Management (Phoenix), and Healthy Outcomes (Banff). Tim has worked with many clients throughout Atlantic Canada including; Xerox, Staples, TD Canada Trust, Clow Canada, Armour Transportation, Atlantic Industries, Helly Hansen, GN Thermoforming, various Health Facilities, and many others.

Julie Devlin, PhD (Psychology)

Along with developing and facilitating numerous training sessions in workplace issues, Julie’s research interests include personality and problem solving, multi-stakeholder collaborative processes and decision making. She regularly teaches courses at the Maritime College of Forest Technology and at St. Thomas University.

Carla Gunn, MA (Psychology)

As a workplace trainer and facilitator, Carla’s interests include stress and resilience as well as healthy communication practices. For over a decade, she has taught psychology courses at St. Thomas University and the University of New Brunswick where her work has been recognized by students through various teaching award nominations.
